TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
- By commissioning me, you're officially sticking to my terms of services.
- This is a custom proposal request. Please provide enough references and details beforehand. I don't accept AI generated assets or NSFW works to use for reference.WORK BOUNDARIES
- I possess the right to decline a few requests i'm not comfortable doing.
- The outcome of your request will be stylized in my art style.
- If you're unsure if i'm incapable of doing what you request, you can discuss with me first.

PAYMENTS / REFUNDS
- Payment will be processed via PayPal invoice or VGen for international and bank transfer for locals.
- Full payments are made upfront.
- There will be a refund ONLY if i haven't started your request just in case you wish to do so.
- I will only start working on your request if the payment is completed.REVISIONS
- There are free minor revisions up to 3 times, but it'll cost more if you ask for more revisions (or major revisions)TURNAROUND TIME & DEADLINES
- My turnaround time either took 3 to 4 weeks or 1 month by maximum, may vary due to my conditions.
- I can't accept short deadlines due to my busy state at the moment. (i am still a student so i still have to balance many kind of work)DELIVERY
- The finished artwork will be sent through Email, Google Drive folder or VGen DM.USAGE RIGHTS
- As the artist, i retain the copyright of the artworks i made, and the right to display it as a part of my portfolio unless told otherwise.
- Personal usage of the artwork are highly demanded. You can use my artwork as banner/icon. Credits are optionally required.
- I highly prohibit you from using my artwork to feed it to AI/NFT/crypto purposes in any form.
- If you wish to print out finished artwork as PERSONAL merch goods, you have my permission as long as long as you don't distribute my artworks and resell them in large amount.
✔ You're allowed to ;
• Repost/upload the finished work to your socials.
• Print out the finished work as merchandise for PERSONAL USE. (art prints, keychains, stickers, standee, etc)
• Use the finished work as a profile picture, banner/header, etc.
(credits are optionally required!)✗ You're not allowed to ;
• Claim the finished work as yours.
• Recolor / trace / paint over / commission another artist to "modify" the finished work.
• Use my work for commercial use.
• Feed my work into AI/NFT purposes.
• Redistribute, reprint, or resell my works in large quantities.
